In 1967, two years before Easy Rider, Jack Nicholson appeared as "Poet" a maverick biker who clashes with the Hells Angels. Like a chapter from the early west, where life had little value and sometimes death was the price, the code of the motorcycle gang rules with an iron fist. The hate, the violence, the bizarre parties--It's Nicholson against the Hells Angels.
This film was made in 1967 - in part as a follow up to the surprising popularity of "Wild Angels" which had been released a year or two earlier. Sonny Barger was recruited as a consultant and was featured in a cameo role.
Viewing quality of this hard to find movie is excellent. It is shipped in a plastic case with the artwork as shown.
